The Journey of a Lifetime Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on Tuesday, May 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on Saturday, June 30, 2007 ("Promotion Period"). (together with Sponsor, "Promotion Entities"), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and members of the immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse) or households (whether related or not) of any of the above are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Promotion Entities, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, agencies and the respective officers, directors, employees and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any and all damages whether direct or indirect, which may be due to or arise out of participation in the Promotion, or in Promotion-related activities, or the acceptance, use/misuse or possession of any prizes that may be awarded to them. By participating, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion online, visit the website at http://www.adiamondisforever.com/journey and follow the link to the Journey of a Lifetime Sweepstakes. Complete the online entry form in all required fields with your true and correct information, click the “Submit” Button and you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: one (1) entry per person and/or per email address via the online entry method described above for the entire Promotion Period. In-Store Promotion: Sweepstakes participants may receive one (1) additional entry by entering a Promotion Code on the Registration page. A Promotion Code may be obtained for free by visiting any Fred Meyer Jewelers, Littman Jewelers, or Almod Diamonds Ltd/Diamonds International store during the Promotion Period. Limit: one (1) additional entry per person/and or per email address via the in-store promotion for the entire Promotion Period. Tell-A-Friend: After entering, each Sweepstakes participant may go to the “Send-to-A-Friend” page during the Promotion Period and fill in the names and valid e-mail addresses of up to five (5) different friends/family members. The participant will receive one (1) additional Sweepstakes entry for each unique and valid person whom the participant so refers to the Site during the Promotion Period and whom enters the Sweepstakes in accordance with these Rules. A valid person is defined as a person whose name and e-mail address differ from every other name and e-mail address theretofore submitted by any Sweepstakes participant pursuant to this “Send-to-A-Friend” procedure, and is eligible according to these Official Rules. Limit: Five (5) additional Sweepstakes entries per person or e-mail address for the entire Promotion Period. LIMIT: Seven (7) total Sweepstakes entries allowed per person and/or per email address for the entire Promotion Period in accordance with the entry methods and related restrictions described above. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any potential winner, the potential winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of Promotion entry. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND PRIZES: An random drawing will be held on or about July 6, 2007 to select one (1) Grand Prize winner and Three (3) First Prize winners from all eligible entries received from all entry methods combined. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. First Prize: Three (3) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of one (1) piece of Journey Diamond Jewelry selected solely by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) is $1,725 per prize. Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a Romantic Crystal Cruise Line vacation package for two (2) to the Caribbean for 11days/10nights. Prize package includes roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) (winner and one guest) to the cruise ship departure city from the major airport closest to the winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor), one (1) category “E” Deluxe Stateroom (single room, double occupancy) on voyage 8203 (Costa Rica to Miami), departing January 31, 2008, transiting the Panama Canal and stopping in Aruba, Antigua, St. Maarten, and St. Thomas (ARV of trip portion of prize: $12,780), and one (1) piece of Journey Diamond Jewelry. Selected solely by Sponsor (ARV $1,725). Total ARV of the Grand Prize package is $14,505. Actual value of cruise portion of prize may vary based on location of winner’s home and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. FOR CONSUMER PRIZE ONLY. The Cruise value, as stated herein includes, in part, brochure fare, port charges, and fuel surcharges for two. The cruise is not redeemable for cash value or value toward a longer cruise. All other expenses not specified herein (including, but not limited to, taxes, meals, beverages, ground transportation not specified above, shore excursions, sightseeing or meals ashore, taxes, gratuities, liquor, wines, laundry or valet services, telephone and e-mail communications or any items or service of a personal nature such as spa services) are the sole responsibility of the winner. Crystal Cruises reserves the right to change the ship’s advertised itinerary or route, and/or to delay, advance or cancel any sailing or ports of call. Prizes will only be awarded upon winner verification and final approval of Sponsor and its designees. No prize substitution, cash equivalent of prizes, transfer or assignment of prize permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion, or as otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value if any prize or portion thereof becomes unavailable. First Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 6 to 8 weeks after final winner verification. Potential winning entrants will have ten (10) days from receipt of written winning notification to complete, sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance & Publicity/Liability Release forms (as permitted by law) to RealTime Media, Inc. If for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be executed as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or if this Sweepstakes is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, or if fire, flood, explosion, war, embargo, government requirement, fraudulent, criminal or grossly negligent acts, security breaches, civil or military authority, terrorism, acts of God, acts or omissions of carriers, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s control, interferes with the Sweepstakes’ proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor, may, without prior notice, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part. If this Sweepstakes is terminated before the original end date, Sponsor will award the Prizes by random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date/time. In the event of termination of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor will post notice regarding the termination on the website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method.
